johnmac06 Newbie (male) Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: england Posts: 2	Subtext help needed please i have been on heroin for about 6 months using approx a gram a day smoking it . i am due to have suboxone today 8mg and i last had heroin 12 hrs ago how much longer do i have to wait before i can take them .also will 8mg hold me so i feel ok or will it be too big a dose ? i am writing this having mild wd symptoms do i have to wait till i get really bad ?
