Ive been on it for over a year at 16mg for pain management.
5 days ago I experienced the worst bowel movement I never knew could exist and what had kept following>blood and plenty of it.
Ive been doing all the 'good' things..fibre in diet, rarely have alcohol and rarely buy take away foods.
So after pouring blood in the toilet on the 4th day I decided to go cold turkey on the jurnista.
Now: Day 5 symtoms are the runs', poor apetite, totally aggitated for no reason, yawning but cant sleep, aching body, shakey, cold /hot sweats and a feeling of nervousness.
Question: is anybody else suffering or had detoxed that can give me some home remedy advice?
Im taking up to 6 ibruprofen a day and maybe up to 4 panadol towards the evening. My next docs appointment isnt till a week and i cant get to see him any earlier.
Id appreciate anyones comments.
Thankyou.

It is good news when someone states that they are coping a bit better(no matter the percentage;positive movement is re-assuring).
Please try to explain as much as possible,as your physician should be acquainted with your case-sensitive issues.
