| Can you help me get off Valium?
For about a year and a half i have been on Valium. 5mg 3 times a day. I built up a tolarence to it though and for about 6 months now have been taking five 5mg Tablits of Valium at night before bed all at once. so 25mg. I want to taper. What would any of you recommend me doing. I want to start the taper tonight. I just took 25mg again lastnight. it has no effect. I do not want to keep going higher so starting tonight what should i take, and what should the taper speed be like? thank you so very much!
