I am really sorry to hear this but cannot give any thoughts about it without at least a few details, such as how long have you been abusing them, have you sought any help, what are your long range plans to get off & stay off of them? I just wanted to let you know people do care and want to help, but you have to want the help before anything positive can begin to happen.
