Re: Help please

Hi, you should take the medication as needed which in your case is when you have a panic attack.

Re: Help please

Hello Sadhu

I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Welcome to the board and I sure hope you can find help here.

Had you come off Librium cold turkey? Librium is a benzodiazepine (benzo) and needs to be tapered from slowly. a slow taper is best, meaning only 10% is cut from one dose at a time. After the cut, wait for your body to stabalize and level out, then make another cut. Tapering is measured in progress, not time.

Maybe a few more details will help us to offer better advice. How long had you been on the Librium before getting off, what was the doseage, how often was it taken, and what method did you use to get off?

Do let us know how you are doing. We do care.
