when i was smoking crystal meth last year, i started to get this pain on the right side of my head. its been over a year now and the pain is still there, its not really painfull anymore but it "tingles". i think i damaged some major nerve or a vein on the right side of my head while smoking dope cause when i used to touch this vein the tingly feeling would spread to the entire right side of the brain.. i was wondering if anyone else has this and how long much longer would it take to go away. i can feel this tingle much more when im stoned. and do i need to see a doctor for this?

Hey Kforce,

Well are you still smoking dope? And if not how long have you been off of it? I used to live in Phoenix and I used to be really into crystal (glass). I had moved away from Phoenix three years ago but even now I get really bad headaches and my head still tingles too.

I dont really know if it is from all the dope I smoke, but I dont smoke it now and I even quit smoking pot for good. I dont drink or anything and this has helped all my headaches.

Maybe you should try not even smoking buds. I mean it is worth a try. You could be suffering from migranes too. If it doesnt get any better you should see a doctor.

go to a good neurologist. they are nice people. i see one for headaches. been going for years. the pain's under control for the first time in my life.

be sure to tell them about your drug use. it may effect diognosis/treatment options.
