Can cocaine use cause depression & anxiety? I used cocaine socially every weekend for about a year and finally had an episode where I took a capsule of "E" mixed with alcohol and had a bad reaction. I have been severely physically ill since the episode (one year ago). Doctors have given up on me... does anyone know whats going on with me, Im scared. Im getting anxiety attacks, crying all the time and a bit paranoid.
Please help

Yes, cocaine can cause depression. It is a stimulant and when u come off of it u crash. That is the addictive quality of the drug. Have u tried a psychiatrist to help with ur anxiety attacks?

hi lucy as far as cocaine goes mitchell is 100 per cent right but also tkaing E destoys the happy hormones and can cause prolonged depression have u also taken E a lot?

the panic attacks and paaranioa can def happen via
coke abuse but also from flashbacks from LSD abuse
