Turn her in. I'm sick of people abusing the system that my tax dollars pay for. It's one thing to be really disabled but being unable to work because youre strung out on drugs, prescription or otherwise is bulls*it. Turn her in, youll be doing her a favor in the long run by making it harder for her to get her drugs. Might even save her life.
I am an addict in recovery. I had a lot people that loved me in my addiction and thier love kept me to be able to stay high for along time.They loved me so, much that they could not turn thier backs on me but, it the end it almost killed me. The quilt that I had for what I was doing to them was unbearable and I tried to over dose. I am now in recovery because those people turned thier backs on me. Don't enable any one to stay in thier addiction. You are contributing to thier death. Do what is right.God will take over when you open the way.
