Hi all,
newbie here needing some help n support.Recently had a adrenal saliva test done.It came back with low cortisol and low dhea. My gp will not help and i emailed an endo who said the same cause its not Addisons.I am feeling sooo rubbish with this. I dont know where to go for help or what to do?? I have been reading about using hydrocortisone cream,but is it safe to do so??

Any help advice wud b great.I live in the north of the uk if anybody knows who cud help me.
