I am virtualy bed bound following Swine Flu 2ys ago i was struggling 2 breath & took vast amounts of garlic (raw) to get rid of what i thought was an infection then went 2 gp who gave me muscle relaxants for my lower back pain they floored me & having worked then 3ys nights & reading about vitd def i struggled 2 shop & consummed vast qty (now know they are a steroid) & it appeared i had recovered tho my health was still a disaster zone & i couldn't breath without garlic simply gasping when i tried 2 stop, siberian ginseng resolved that. A later xray was clear & all i showed up positive for was low calcium & hypothyroid but my adrenals scream with pain & removing the vitd i am bed bound. When i do stand i weaken easily (same for 2ys now) & have 2 sit or crouch cause my blood pressure drops. Calcium is a bit low & vitd shows normal. I've just changed doctors & hope for more tests, body scan mentioned. Am i now going 2 have permanent adrenal damage? I suspect foul play at dr's due 2 muscle relaxant only detrimental like that if i have pneumonia, breathing problems stopped after siberian ginseng. Health collapsed just b4 christmas i'm off work sick 2mths now; sat mostly at work b4 that which they didn't like. Getting weaker.
