Need advice...could this be adrenal-related

My 15-year-old daughter has been sick for almost two years now. She's been to 3 gastroenterologists, the last one was finally able to diagnose her as having delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis), having a hiatal hernia and severe acid reflux as a result of it. She also has some anxiety, but the gastro figured out that it's hypoglycemia caused by the gastroparesis. None of the other doctors caught on to that. They just kept saying these problems were all in her head and kept dismissing her. Here's where I'm wondering if there is more to this...She has very frequent urination. And I know that sometimes GI issues go hand-in-hand with adrenal issues.

These are her symptoms:
Tight throat
Nausea
Stomach upset
Frequent urination (getting up at night to urinate, etc.)
Headache
Low blood sugar episodes
Constant hunger, but food doesn't sound good to her

Just wondering if they had ever done a Glucose tolerance test on your daughter? We usually do a 5 hour test to see if the blood sugar will drop real low or elevate. This can cause a lot of the symptoms shes having.

They've done a 4 hour glucose tolerance test, which turned out ok. Her blood sugar drops to about 60 at times during the day after eating, due to her gastroparesis though. I looked over her most recent bloodwork, and noticed that her TSH level was slightly high, 3.568, so I've taken her to see an endocrinologist. They are running more tests...
