low aldosterone labs?

I had my aldosterone tested at 8:00 am and it was 2 ng/dL. My renin came back as 7.65 ng/mL/h (0.25-5.82). My endo says I don`t need to worry about my aldosterone because my potassium and sodium are right in the middle of my normal range. But I still have a lot of fatigue, muscle cramps, tingling over my body and often feel light headed when I stand up. Should I pursue aldosterone treatment? Has anyone had similar labs and benefited from increasing their aldosterone? I would appreciate any feedback.

David
