not sure whether your question is posed in the correct board. (you might want to ask your question also on the thyroid boards, since as far as I understand you're talking about antithyroid meds. I just bumped into this one.
One what dosage are you? As such, ATD (antithyroid drugs/medication) can cause liverenzymes to rise. A follow up of those by the doctor is important. I might hope you were followed up in that regard? (the dosage also plays an important role in a possible rise).
In case of yellowing eyes, I'd think of that in relation to ATD.
