Blackjack42 Newbie (male) Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Eatonton ga usa Posts: 1	Cortisone acetate dosage For Addison's I take 137 mg per day of cortisone acetate. It takes that much to address symptoms of fatigue, pain, nocturia and diarrhea. From what I have read, that is about the same as 20 mg of prednisone. Anyone know if my dosage raises concerns about side affects? My doc says I do not need florinef but I am skeptical, since some reports say almost all Addisonians need it. should I suggest a switch to hydrocortisone?
