Re: Newly diagnosed with addisions disease

Hi I've had addisons for 15 years and manage it well ofcourse if u take your correct meds. At first I found it hard getting into a routine with meds as at the time I was 15 I started with a tablet box from pharmacy which had days on it and every week put correct tablets in each box and put them in my bag . Now I have learnt to up and low the dose to how I feel. I'm sure in time you'll b able to continue running and doing pretty much what you like . It's about getting your meds right and regular . Personally I'd rather take tablets for the rest of my life and feel well cos it hasn't stopped me doing anything .
