Normal Cortisol Levels?

Hello-
I recently was given a 24 Hour Urine Cortisol test to do, as the doctor was checking for Cushing's Disease. I definitely don't have Cushing's based on the result, my result was actually fairly normal...possibly too low ironically. The range is 10-100 mcg/24 hours, mine came back at 12.5 mcg/24 hours. Clearly I'm not a Cushing's patient, but should I be worried that that is too far in the other direction? I've been sick with something for the last year and a half and the doctors can't figure it out. If anyone knows if my number looks alright or not, let me know. Thanks!

I've had a myriad of symptoms that seem to come and go like a revolving door.

-Constant fatigue/brain fog
-Muscle weakness
-Cracking joints/joint pain
-Extremely slow weight loss despite strict eating and exercising (1pd. per month if I'm lucky)
-Dry mouth/dry eyes that comes and goes
-Telogen Effluvium hair loss
-Severe constipation (cannot go at all w/out laxatives) no bowel frequency
-Electrolyte levels bounce around a lot
-Exercise Intolerance (exercise makes me extremely fatigued, even very mild exercise, but I do it anyway...)
-Strange hyperpigmentation marks on the back of my left thigh. I never injured or scraped that area)
-Memory loss/problems
-Cognitive issues
-Sed rate is always mildly elevated in mid 30s (supposed to be under 15 for my age; I'm 27)

-The most significant and strangest thing about it is that all of these symptoms except the constipation go away temporarily between day 4-7 of my cycle. Every month I get those couple days when I feel completely well. THen on day 8 I feel like you-know-what again like clockwork. It's the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced and my doctors cannot figure out why its happening. The only conclusion I've come to is that my body has severe issues with estrogen. Because the only times I feel ok is when the estrogen levels in the body are at their lowest.
