| Moderate drug interaction hydrocoisone and cipro
Hi, I wanted to warn others about this because my pharmacist failed to warm me. I believe it also exists with other family of antibiotics too including levaquin it increases the chances of Achilles' tendon rupture, tendon pain and joint pain.
When I called my pharmacist and ask her she said no but later that night I looked on their site and it said there was so I called their corporate office.
I took cipro dec 12 for 7 days and on jan 1 I began with severe rib pain and I have been to 3 specialists and had two hospital visits for X-rays. Then I found out about this.
Just thought I would pass on don't want anyone else to go thru this pain.
Btw, all lawsuits for this drug are over and FDA made them put black box warnings on package but not about interaction.
