Question ACTH Stim Test Results?

Hi, I received the results from the stim test and the doctor said it was completely normal.
Cortisol 8:00 AM 4.2 Range(6.7-22.6 mcg/dl)
ACTH 16 (range 6-55)
30 min 19.0
60 min 16.8
90 min 21.4

Is it normal to have such low initial levels? I have already been diagnosed with POTS(postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and have a history of diabetes insipidus and mycoplasma infections.

Some of my symptoms include: headache, fatigue, dizziness, stomach troubles

I also was and still am on florinef and ddavp during the test.
