Runs in the family. My grandmother had awful ones.
When the big toe wants to get on top of the 2nd toe and you wear sponge rubber toe separaters, to hold it almost straight, the callous on the joint should be getting better instead of worse. Just before it falls off, does it get a blood blister under the skin?
I don't want to have surgery when I'm already retirement aged, diabetic and possibly have Addison's. Bought sandals so the callous has plenty of room and thought it would get better with nothing rubbing it. Thanks in advance for any information.
