I began doing them with apprehension as I always heard it may stretch skin causing more wrinkles, but, at 48, what have I to lose? I read an excerpt by Dr. Werner L. Mang from the Clinic for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery write: As a bodybuilder trains his muscular body, a facebulder trains his facial muscle. And the face remains youg, supple, fresh and the skin retains its elasticity."
Well, like I said, it works for me and I notice the difference as well as others have commented also. I've gotten rid of (practically) my double chin, my jowls have firmed up and cheek bones are now noticeable. I'm now starting with the upper eyelids which are sagging. Hope it works for that area, too. I'm definitely going to keep this up from now on as I'm scared of going under the knife (and can't afford it anyway!). try it, I'm sure you'll notice a difference too. Don't forget to wash your face and leave water on it, then dab some moisturizer (I put baby oil) on top of wet skin. five or ten minutes will do. I do them while watching tv at night. good luck!
