Post Do Human Growth Harmones really work???

Hi, I have been reading that these HGH suppliments can actually reverse againg and help you with your energy and stamina. There are claims also that these HGH may ever darken your hair etc (from gray to black). Do these really work? I work out regularly and find at times running outa steam...please advise, thanx.

hGH is a poypeptide hormone.(a long chain 0f 191 amino acids). Normally it is secreted by the anterior pituitary gland.(a gland that ies at the base of the brain). Somatropin refers to growth hormone of the same amino acid sequence as the naturally ocurring growth hormone. Somatropin is extracted from the human pituitary gland and was designated hGh. Manufacture growth hormone is made by recombinant DNA technoogy. The proper addreviation is rGH. It was discovered that aduts that were defiecent in rGH suffered from pre-mature cardiovascular disease, reduced bone density, central obesity, decreased mood, elevated level of LDL,slower wound healing, fatigue, poor excercise tolerance and poor immune function. The idea is by recieving rGH or hGH would slow down this process. Hope I could help

Please see my reply to HGH post above. Those precuruser pills are unsubstantiated and unreglulated. I thought they were the fountain of youth until I did a lot of research.

Anti-aging is so complicated (almost like finding the existance of God) that you can't just pop an over the counter pill to deal with the complex issues of your body.

Thumbs up

I am 50 and love to play basketball with the post-HS 2-3 times a week, but had not been able to manage so frequently the last few years. Stamina/strength/recovery had diminished such that I had to reduce to once or maybe twice per week. Even then I was suffering little naggin injuries constantly, sometimes keeping me out for weeks at at time.
I am 5'11" and weight had gone to 180+. I started with an herbal HGH stimulant in late January and the difference, for me, is enormous. In 2 months my weight went back to where it was in my late 20s, 160#. And I have not changed my eating habits one bit. Stamina/strength/recovery have improved dramatically. Gone are the constant nagging muscle pulls and the like. My skin tone is noticably better. My sleep patterns are much more restful. And I no longer feel like I am dragging myself half-tired through every day like I used to.
I can only guess that my somatotropin levels had been well below those that are normal for someone my age, for the effect to have been so dramatic. But, I can certainly attest to the positive effects so far.
Jim

Contrary to what a large number of the web sites will say, there is no such thing as an herbal Human Growth Hormone. That is why it is HUMAN and not HERBAL. It is a hormone which only the body can produce. Or it can be synthesized by recombinant DNA.

If it is not made by a pharmaeutical company approved by the FDA for injection, then it is fake.

Most of the formulas are either made of amino acids, mostly L-Arginine or herbal stimulants. Though it is true that for some people herbal central nervous stimulants can cause you to lose weight with a corresponding rise in energy levels, this is completely unrelated to HGH.

No additive or oral tablet or secretagogue can cause your pituitary to increase its HGH output. The only way to solve the problem is replace the falling levels with genuine, pharmaceutical grade HGH by injection.

Replacing your HGH levels to that of a healthy 25 year old will cause you to lose fat, build lean body mass, increase bone density, increase cardio vascular health and output, thicken skin, regrow major organs to a healthy size (they shrink with age), boost the immune system, normalize blood pressure and cholesterol profiles, improve sleep, improve cognitive functions, improve sexual desire and performance and much more.

It is not a magic bullet but it is the master hormone in our bodies and it is the best anti aging and anti obesity treatment ever discovered to date.

Men should also have their testosterone levels checked and women their estrogen and progesterone levels. DHEA and Melatonin should also be part of your hormone replacement package.

Do your homework. Make sure to only believe the results of major universities and clinics with double bind, placebo controlled studies, not done for the benefit of some manufacturer.

The best place to buy HGH is on the web from foreign pharmacies. In my experience Mexico has been the best. Check out their sites, make sure they are professionals and reputable.
