Can anything be done about this...anything you can take or have done? My legs look like I've been beaten or something. I'm 52 years young and feel like I'm 32, but my legs and a couple of places on my arms look awful. I bruise easily and each time I get one, when it goes away it leaves an ugly brown spot. I thought about sticking my legs in a tanning bed to even up the tones but I figure I'll be asking for different problems by doing that. I also bruise VERY easily. My doc has checked my platelets and all the clotting mechanisms in my blood and everything's fine. M vein's and capillaries just seem so fragile. the least little bump or scrape will cause an ugly liver colored blood spot on my skin.

Is this just something I'm gonna have to learn to live with? am I destined to wear long sleeves and long pants the rest of my life? or is there anything I can do to help remedy this problem?
