I am a 60 year old women and have gone through menopause many years ago. I started through it it around 32 33 years of age and have never had a period since. A couple months ago I had some spotting redish color and then it was gone. Today I started again only it is a little more of a discharge and it is brown in color. I have some cramps and back ache.
Bleeding after menopause should never be considered normal. Please get it checked out ASAP. I hope it's nothing, but you can't be sure without seeing a doctor.
I just went through the same thing - It turned out to be nothing but don't let them do this test and that test - just tell them you want them to do the biospy first to make sure that it is not cancer - otherwise they will start with pap - then an ultrasound - then a sonohystergram and a biospy - this took them at least 6 weeks with me and really stressed me out. The biospy does hurt but it is over very quickly. Pray all is well
I had that happen a few years ago. Turned out to be uterine polyp. The Dr removed and biopsied it. I was benign. Have it checked out.
Thank you, I have loads of tests coming up like last time. Biopsy, mri. but I just know it's cancer. I know my own body. Cancer is my biggest phobia. I am absolutely terrified
