Best to see a doctor for proper antibiotic to clear the UTI.

Drinking more water will go a long ways in preventing uti as well as better hygiene. Use paper from front to back and never back and forth.

Generaly an antibiotic is needed, some women need to take daily antibiotics to supress recurent infections.
