i dont think theres a solution other than staying out of the sun..
i also iam thinking of wearing 3/4 sleves..

I remember when I was in my late 50's I noticed my upper arms started to wrinkle. I always had thin arms and was envious of people with fat arms, fat arms age more slowly. To prevent for the arms get worse, do one thing, and you have to do it daily. Get 2 exercise handlebars and work them every day for 5 - 10 Minutes. When I was younger I worked with 3 pounds each, now I'm down to 2 pounds each. It helps. I do it automatically every day after breakfeast before I go in to the shower.

Apply natural skin care products to that area and use natural sun protection products. Do bicep curls and over the Overhead tricep extensions.. it would also be beneficial to find other arm exercises to target all or at least most of the arm muscles.. just one will NOT work - the human arm has many muscles and no one exercise can target them all.
hey try to do different excercises in order to be fit and fine.. try to do lot of activities in order to be in shape. i would recommned you to be active and try to do rest too. if you are doing lots of excercies then i am sure your problem will be solve
