wrinkles

I am in very good shape, but my arms are wrinkled between my shoulder and elbows, is there anything I can do about it, I am a golfer and want to wear short sleeves.

Re: wrinkles

he best thing to do to try to prevent eye wrinkles is to put sunscreen on before you go outside. Not only will it protect you from getting skin cancer, but it can also help prevent eye wrinkles from forming.

Re: wrinkles

I remember when I was in my late 50's I noticed my upper arms started to wrinkle. I always had thin arms and was envious of people with fat arms, fat arms age more slowly. To prevent for the arms get worse, do one thing, and you have to do it daily. Get 2 exercise handlebars and work them every day for 5 - 10 Minutes. When I was younger I worked with 3 pounds each, now I'm down to 2 pounds each. It helps. I do it automatically every day after breakfeast before I go in to the shower.

Re: wrinkles

Apply natural skin care products to that area and use natural sun protection products. Do bicep curls and over the Overhead tricep extensions.. it would also be beneficial to find other arm exercises to target all or at least most of the arm muscles.. just one will NOT work - the human arm has many muscles and no one exercise can target them all.
