Yes, antioxidants are very important, not just for your skin but to keep you healthy inside. You need to eat a diet of natural whole foods like fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, whole grains, legumes, raw nuts and seeds etc.. The more raw vegetables the better, so try to eat a big salad every day with olive oil and fresh lemon juice as your dressing.
