Your tiredness and dizziness could be from your BP meds. It's one of the side effects. If it's gotten worse over time you should contact your doctor. Do not stop it suddenly. Beta blockers need to be weaned off. Take care.
Jada, If you can post your test results of what you've had checked, we can look for clues. It could be something as simple as your BP med, or thyroid or anemia, etc. Sometimes Drs tell patients their tests are fine when they are not. It also depends on what tests were done. Please don't give up, as it may be nothing serious and very fixable.
Have you had a sleep study done to see if you have sleep apnea? I know that sleep apnea can briefly 'wake' a person many times during the night leaving them exhausted- without them even realising there was a problem! Best of luck!
Good suggestion from bubblegirl. A nightime pulse oximetry recording would be a good start to check that out, then a full sleep study if low oxygen dips are seen on the screening.
Next time you see your doc ask him/her about the possibility of sleep apnea.
When I complained to the doc about a similar condition he said people with sleep apnea do not get a good restful sleep. They stop breathing but don't fully awaken until they begin breathing again but it affects their deepest sleep and the awaken tired. Just a thought but since you have been tested I thought I would offer this suggestion.
