I have suffered from allergies for years, even had sinus surgery.This year has been worse than ever.This is what I have discovered helps.
Stinging nettles & grape seed extract.I take a capsule of nettles morning and night and grape seed, I start with six capsules a day for 5 days then cut back to 2 a day.All natural and works better than any prescription without side effects.Grape seed has the benefit of being a very powerful antioxidant and will help with a lot of issues.When my brother in law took it he was amazed that his sinuses emptied out after three days.I hope this helps.

I thought I should add that I have a dairy allergy and it seems to cause problems for a lot of people.Humans are the only beings on the planet that drink milk after they are weaned.Makes you wonder if we have lost a natural instinct to know what is good for us.

Hi Beachbound! That is so interesting! I just found out that I am allergic to wheat and dairy, always had allergies and lots of sinus probs. (also migraines.) I am going to start accupuncture next week. I'll ask the practitioner about the herbs that you mentioned. (the practitioner is also a chinese herbalist...)

Jenster I just read your reply and was happy to see that you are from Marlton.I grew up in Medford Lake.I loved it back there.I lost touch with my best friend back there,Joanne Crawford,although I think her last name now is something like pilsky or something like that.I think she's in banking now, ever heard of her?She would have graduated in '64.
I know your acupuncturist will approve of both the grape seed extract and nettles.They both really help clear any kind of conjestion.Why don't you e mail me.
