The coke and fried foods should be avoided too.
Anything fried tends to be hard on the gallbladder, which includes: French fries, donuts, and anything deep fried. Coke is just pure and simple Bad for you and does nothing at all good for you. Caffeine is the most abused addictive drug known. And it is a problem for the body. Caffeine can cause problems such as breast fibroids, elevated blood sugar, insomnia, and mood swings; due to stress on the nervous system. Caffeine is also hard on the adrenal glands since stimulants overwork the adrenals by stimulating the release of epinephrine (adrenaline). The adrenals do not normally produce large amounts of epinephrine, so levels can be quickly depleted. Weakening of the adrenal glands lead to problems such as low energy, increased allergies/asthma, and problems with blood pressure and blood sugar regulation. Caffeine also leads to an increase of blood acids, which in turn leaches minerals from the bones. So this can aggravate conditions such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, and osteoarthritis.
Taking herbs with coffee or black tea will also reduce the effectiveness of the herbs. Tannins can also bind with pharmaceutical medications, so medications should not be taken with coffee, tea, or high tannin containing herbs.
The corn seems to be in everything, and corn meal is also used as a filler in a lot of products.
A skin patch sometimes help to tell if you have an allergy to an item. Put some corn meal on a band aid
and place it on the under side of you wrist or the under side of your arm or even run a few samples by placing it in a few different places at the same time. If the area under the band aid becomes red and/or hives. Then yes, you have an allergy to corn.
