watery eyes, forehead & eye pressure - Allergies Message Board

hi everyone, i've been having very itchy, watery, eyes with some pressure around my eyes and forehead, this happens especially when i need to focus or working on the computer, i've taken some benydryl but it makes me very drowsy, i've also tried claritin and it seems to be a little better, any other suggestions out there for some relief, its been very annoying and stressful trying to work and having this constant problem

Sorry to hear about your problem.

Do you wear specs? Have you had your eyes tested recently? It sounds like you are straining your eyes by trying to focus on the computer and for reading.
I suggest that you get your eyes tested.

If you still need remedies, try the alternatives. Homeopathic remedies normally work well. There is something called Eyebright that is good for watery and itchy eyes. I have fogotten the homeopathic name, but pharmacies should sell homeopathic remedies. Get it in a 30c. Keep a clean mouth 10 mins either sides of taking the remedy and let it dissolve under your tongue. Take one as needed to help symptoms.
