Has anyone tired ear candling? I have read that it can unclog your sinuses.

Yes I have. It is a very good way to clean your ears and remove wax and other debris that may be deep in the ear canal. I am not sure if it will unclog your sinuses but it will remove a lot of unwanted debris from your ears.

Did you go to a Spa and have it done or do it from home? I really want to try it.

I know someone who has a friend that owns a health store and she had it done at the store and then learned how to do it on her own. Then she did it for me and I learned how to do it and have done it for my family and friends.

Of course, you cannot do it to yourelf, someone must do it for you. It is a lot less expensive to do it yourself. It is a very easy procedure so practically anyone could do it. Well, almost anyone.
