I have recently noticed after I eat, that I generate a lot of phlegm and need to constantly clear my throat. It doesn't seem to be specific to any type of food and only happens after I eat a meal. Not sure if it's some type of allergy, anyone experience this?
Or it could possibly be the temperature of the food. I seem to have that problem after eating foods that are too hot, or cold. (eg. ice cream, or too hot food)
-but the dairy thing is definitely worth checking out.
Allergy???
