After giving sufficient time for your system to clear (I think they say 2 weeks) then try reintroducing one food at a time like you would a baby just starting to eat solids. Add one food, and eat some of that every day for 3-4 days. If there is no reaction, add another food and do the same thing. Once you add the food that is the problem, you will have a reaction within that 3-4 days and you will know what it is you cant eat! Dont be surprised if you find more than one food that is a trigger. Alot of different foods are related to eachother.
The other option, if you just cant stick with the slow pace of reintroduction, is to request allergy testing.
