Hi,

I guess my topic sounds kind of gross but I get this very thick gel like clearish/white material that I bring up through my nose when I am having difficulty breathing and tightness in my chest. I can bring it up by deep breathing and short spurts of blowing out through my nose repeatedly. I know if this is in my bronchial tube it must be why im not breathing. I do not know if this is a normal allery type material or not. I also wondered if my having breast implants for so long, if any silicone gel could be leaking into my respiratory area. My implants are located behind the chest muscles. I have had allergies for years. I did shots for ten years from age 18 to 29 along with pills, no help really. So I quit them. I have not been tested again since the age of 18 and I am now 47. The really bad shortness of breath that I get did not start occuring until the age of early 30's which by the way is a two years after I got my implants. To complicate it further I also do get panic attacks since my 30's. I do now, however; know and can easiily tell the difference between a panic attack and this other shortness of breath problem. I always ge tightness of chest that with drinking alot of water seems to make my chest feel tighter but eventually helps me to bring up this very thick material through my nose.

This all seem bizare to me but these are my symptoms. I do take Zyrtec occasionlly which helps with postnasal drip from gongn down my throat and heads off some problems. I just now finished a course of Methylprednisolone and it did not help my breathing what so ever. So now back on
Zyrtec.
