I have recently vistited an allergy doctor, and he suggested I try irragation of my nostrils, it might help you. Mix 1/4 tsp of bakingsoda with 1/4 tsp of salt with 8 oz. of warm water. Mix up and place in a bowl that is going to allow you to get your nose in without your face getting wet. so you close one nostril and snort up the water like you are taking a breath with your nose. The mixture should come out into your throat. Now at this point you can swallow it, as it will not harm you, or spit it out. I spit it out as I find the taste disgusting. I've only tried it once, that was this morning but all day I have been breathing easy. The side affect I have noticed so far is that sometimes my nose will drip. It is only once in a while so its no big deal. I actually believe it to be when I breath in something im allergic to, because sitting inside it doesnt happen. But being exposed to dust it will. Hope this helps.
