My poor wobbly head - Allergies Message Board

For the past week I have felt wobbly and had lots of pressure in my frontal Sinuses(forehead).My nasal cavity is dry but yet feels full.I sneeze frequently and have itchy/watery eyes from time to time.I can blow my nose only when in a steamy shower or taking a round of sneezes.

I live in a muggy,humid and moldy environment.I also smoke and have wondered if it might be from smoking cheap cigs.I realize no cigs are good for us.I also clean my house using various diff cleaners.I have a house cat too.

I feel this way mostly in the eves and nights.I have Panic Disorder and worry about my health anyway.

Tonight both ears were itchy and they feel plugged/blocked.Ive had quite a bit of trouble over the past 5 years with my L ear with no prior infections etc.

Im not running a temp however I feel terrible!!This is scaring me!!!

Well you could be reacting to the mold, and the smoking certainly doesn't help no matter whether they're cheap. It could as easily be the cleaners (which I react to) or your cat. I wouldn't panic about it being something really serious, and you might want to try a process of elimination to see if things get better.
