Question How cold does the weather have to be to kill dust mites?

I recently found out that my stuffiness is due to an allergy to dust mites. I've heard that cold air can kill dust mites so I was thinking of putting all my cloths and matteress outside. Since my floor is all hardwood, I don't have carpet to worry about. Anyone know how cold it needs to be, and how long you need to have stuff outside for it to kill the little buggers? Its going down to -1 C, but I don't know if thats enough.

Between 2 to 10 million dust mites and dust mite feces live in the average pillow and mattress. I have a technology that burns them off (you can't freeze them to death) Contact me at pssl1063@cs.com if you would like more info...
