Irrigate sinuses with saline solution. You are sneezing due to allergens getting into your air passages.
Homemade Mix: 1 cup boiled water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Dissolve, strain thru paper coffee filter or clean handkerchief. LET COOL (put in freezer if necessary). Put in a clean empty nasal spray bottle. Lie on bed on back with head hanging off, squirt 3 or 4 times in each nostril. Turn head side to side so solution will travel around in sinuses. Say KKKKKKKK while getting up so solution does not run down throat. Wait few minutes and then blow your nose. More junk will drain out in a little while. This will wash out the allergns and help heal sinuses. NO, DO NOT USE THE FULL 1 CUP AMOUNT each time. That is just the ratio you need to go by to mix.
DO NOT SNIFF THIS MIXTURE WITH BAKING SODA, NOT SURE THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR THE LUNGS. PLAIN SALT WATER WOULD BE O.K. TO SNIFF.
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, but the above has been approved by my doctors over the years. In fact many doctors are returning to the saline solution for nasal irrigation these days. They even have saline nasal spray in pharmacies. I only sniff the ones that I buy.
Use at your own risk. I use this night and morning.
