Stomach rash after having sex - Allergies Message Board

I recently had sex with my lovely girlfriend. The next day she developed a stomach rash that starts from the bottom of her chest and ends at the top of her pubic hairs. She also has a little rash on her thighs. She says it is very itchy and it got worse yesterday because she kept scratching. The rash has been there the past 2 days.

We think the rash may be due to the latex condom we used. It may be an allergic reaction to the latex. Also she has been under a high amount of stress lately as well. We think it may be hives. We don't have any STD's either. I have had blood tests and urine tests since I've been with her and I am clean.

Has anyone ever heard of this? Does anyone know what it is? Thanks

I know this was posted a long time ago, but I just started reading these boards.
If you're still out there and wondering, it doesn't sound like the condom is the problem.
She's probably allergic to your soap, laundry detergent, or what ever was on you, just based on your description of where the rash is.
The general sweatiness from what you were doing probably just transferred more of it to her skin than would normally happen if you just hugged each other or whatever.
