| eating 1/2 cup flaxmeal w/1 cup oatmeal severely reduces need for meds
hi, i boil 2 cups of water and a cup of rolled oats w/ 1/2 cup ground flax seeds for ten minutes. since doing this i have gone from using flonase everyday to using it only when i get a sneezing attack. flonase is not supposed to work unlees you take it everyday, but it does for me. i average a sneezing attack about every five or six days. so i have reduced flonase usage approx. 80 percent. my goal is to eliminate the need for it entirely. one time i got off allergy medicine temporarily. i started drinking a gallon of water everyday. this worked for a few months until i stopped drinking the extra water. then my allergies started acting up again. i was told the extra water was probably flushing out toxins and that's why it helped my allergies. i don't know. on july 28 i started drinking 96 oz. of water a day. i drink 48 oz before riding bike for one hour and 48 oz after. i drink 40 oz milk everyday, too. i'll let you know how things go. please add flaxmeal to your diet. it is great for overall health and vitality.
