Clearing My Troat

Hello

Is There Anyone Out There Who Always Has The Feeling Like They Need To Clear There Troat And When You Do Nothing Seems To Happen? Mine Has Been This Way For A Couple Years Now. Some Days It Is Worse Then Others. I've Been To The Doctor & Ent. They Both Say It Is All Allergy Related. I've Tried All Kinds Of Over The Counter & Perscription Medicine, & Nothing Seems To Help It. When I Clear My Troat It Just Seems Like I Can Never Get It Clear. Anyone Have Any Insight On This Matter?

Re: Clearing My Troat

Irrigating sinuses with salt solution morning and night will help reduce the post nasal drip that causes the need to clear throat all the time. Taking an anahistimine might help too.

The irrigation washes out allergen collection in nasal/sinus cavaties.
If you need the recipe for salt solution, let me know. Will be glad to share along with instructions how to use it.
