| Can't eat raw fruits and veggies, cooked are fine.
I did a little search, and seems people have had some similar, but not quite the same problems as me. I have seen some are trying that Z**** drug that's in Reactin, maybe I'll try that out.
I can't eat raw fruits and vegetables. I eat a mandarin orange, melon, or a tomato (etc etc), and I feel pressure in my ears, then my throat swells up. I've found that I can eat ONE baby carrot, and my throat will swell slightly (returning to normal in 4-7 mins). I will cook the remaining carrots and I can eat 100 just fine. Also, a tomato on it's own swells me right up, but in a sandwich is just fine. I can eat canned fruits and veggies. It's gotten to the point where I take cans of fruit and tomato's with me for snack, and I really envy my friend who can eat an apple, etc.
I went to an alergist (I am terrified of doctors and needles) and was tested. He told me I'm fine, and that I am allergic maybe to dogs and milk. I love milk, and I love my dog, no problems with either. Then he insulted me by telling me to come in for a hayfever shot. I was somewhat offended. Here I am, I can't eat a salad and he's trying to sell me hayfever shots.
Anyway, have you guys got anything on this for me? I'd really appreciate it.u
