 Which typw of Dr. can help?
Hello. I recently have discovered (through web research) that I most likey suffer from Chronic Sinus Infections. I have had two very strong episodes within the past 5 weeks alone. My general Dr. prescribed antibiotics both times but have not worked. I have also tried nose sprays (natural) and I am working on increasing my immune system through supplements. I breathe in steamy water 3x's a day, too.
I recently made an appointment to see an ENT Dr. Is this the right next step? Should I also see an Allergist? Immunoligist? My quality of life is suffering greatly. I am practially bed ridden as any amount of physical activity is draining! Here are my symptoms: Sinus pressure in the head, throat irritation, ear aches, tired a lot, & dizziness. I am not stuffy or have a runny nose. Help.
