What is happening!!

I have posted about this problem before but wondering if this to happens to people. I have lightheadedness and not dizzy but a "spacey" feeling. It seems to start when my head is down or if I am buzy doing something and then I feel stuffed up at the bridge of the nose but can still breath...do you know what I mean by that. I just fell out of it. I have tons of allergies to food and environment. Someone told me that it could be that I need to take vitamins. It is so annoying it usually happens when I am at work in my office which there is not air circulation and dry.

Re: What is happening!!

I think what you are describing happens to me as well. The days that my allergies are really bad, I am just miserable and I feel very out of it. But it may not quite be the same thing because it's constant, not just when I'm bending over. For example, yesterday, at work I had a headache and a lot of pressure behind my eyes the entire day, despite taking extra-strength Advil. And I felt really spacey the entire time. I don't even remember most of the conversations I had and could just feel myself losing my train of thought when I was talking to people.
I'm not sure what causes it, though.
I think taking vitamins is a good idea in general, but I don't know that it will cure it. I take a vitamin daily and it has no effect on the days that I feel like that.
I hope you feel better, though, and if you find anything that does help, please post about it.

Yeah, I feel the same--but like USCGirl said, it's more constant with me when my allergies are bad. Try a hot shower, a cup of tea--like pepermint or something...that usually helps me at least a little bit. :-)

Re: What is happening!!

If you have a constant lightheaded feeling, you can try the OTC medication Chlorotrimeton. It worked for me, and got rid of the lightheaded feeling. My lightheadedness is caused by allergies. I don't have sinus and breathing problems.
