My Ears...stuffy...argh.

My ears are stuffy a lot, and it's driving me nuts. Any ideas on what could help me out? I should go get some Sudafed.

Re: My Ears...stuffy...argh.

Definitely Sudafed (check contraindications to make sure you can take it).

I take it almost daily, 30 mg or 60 mg depending on symptoms.

I have a positional vertigo and my eustachian tubes tend to get "stuffed up" (for lack of better description) as well.....the Sudafed has made a marked improvement.

All you can do is try it...but start with either the lowest dosage and increase if you have to. I think the lowest is 60mg..I cut them in half.
I'm sure there's also a time released one or one that's 12 hours....I've never used it.

Keep us posted as to how you're doing.

Hope it helps!

Re: My Ears...stuffy...argh.

I'll try to get some today if I get a chance to stop by the store. Used some spray stuff last night...that worked OK after a while...I just don't like the sprays very much. But now I feel stuffy again this morning. :P

Alright, I got some 4-6 hour stuff...usually I go for 24 hour stuff. :P I just got some this afternoon from a friend, so I'll go to the store later this evening or tomorow. Hope it starts to help.
