help- atopic/upper resp when I'm with partner

When I was a child I had atopic derm and some reactive airway disease, but no problems since very young, until now. I am 36, and ever since my current partner/fiancee have been together, I have had eczema and upper resp. symptoms. She lives in another state, and whenever we visit I have symptoms. I am desperate for some answers. I have done all the testing- intraderm, skin *****, patch and still haven't really identified a relevant allergen. Has anyone had a similar experience and what did you to do work on this????? Please help.

Could it be her perfume or scents she uses in her car or house? Many chemicals can cause respiratory symptoms.

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing, like perfume or some type of scent she uses on her body.
