Facial Tissue dust

Has anyone noticed the amount of dust that comes off the facial tissue we use to blow our nose ? I'm sure there's got to be an nasal irritation to many people without them realizing it.

I recently became a year-round allergy sufferer, and decided to use paper napkins (the restaurant ones) . I thought about cloth handkerchiefs but right now I'd need to cylce 20 or 30
