Feeling Exausted - but no major symptoms

I figured I would take a stab at this and see if anyone had any answers.

I start to feel REALLY exausted and run down and feel heavy in my chest. Sometimes I have a slight headache and neck aches and glands hurt alittle. Ver little mucas, no soar throat, no runny nose, no coughing, no stopped up nose (basically no other symptoms).
When I start to feel this way I have been running to the Dr. and he says it's a Sinus Infection and puts me on Antibiotics. But, I have no colored mucus at this time.
He did blood work, etc. and everything came back OKAY.

Could this possibly be something else?
If it happens again should I wait it out and see if my mucus turns to green?

Re: Feeling Exausted - but no major symptoms

it's possible that it is a low-level sinus infection, but it sounds more like allergies to me. Have you been tested for specific allergies?

Yes, I was tested and have mostly indoor allergies.
This has not been a major problem until this year.
