Me too. For all of my adult life (I am thirty-something) I have had a tendency to flush on my face, with a feeling of heat. I have had intermittent chronic urticaria for 3 years. My most recent big breakout of hives was last fall and included swelling for the first time. With lots of antihisamines the hives and most of the swelling went away, but I have been left with much more pronounced flushing on my face than I ever had before, which happens almost every day. I also continue to flush/swell on my hands and feet. And sometimes it's all accompanied by itch in random places all over my body. I can't figure it out, it doesn't make sense...
FWIW, when I mentioned the facial flushing to my allergist he took a good look at my skin and said he thought I have some rosascia. I don't know whether I believe that or not.
