ENTSOL, Anyone? - Allergies Message Board

Has anyone used any of the products from the ENTSOL line? My doctor is recommending these now that I'm three weeks post-op.

YES! My allergist recommended ENTSOL. The areosol nasal spray is great. It really helps clear nasal passages throughout the day. It is also good to use before using a steroid nasal spray, which is what my doctor recommended. The non areosol spray is great to travel with or keep in a purse. The powder for the irrigator is very strong and stings. Personally, I prefer breathease for the irrigator.

Thanks for your reply -- good to know that someone has used it and liked it. I have to get the aerosol spray, the packets, and the refillable bottle. I CANNOT believe how expensive it is! I ordered it through my practice's website, as it's a bit cheaper that way, but still, $79.00!...on top of the $15,000 surgeon bill, the $1,400 anesthesiologist bill, etc, etc....Well, I'm lucky that I have insurance, but you get my point. Although the ENTSOL isn't covered. What we won't do to feel better!

I should add that even though the powder is very strong, it really does clean your sinuses out. I prefer Breathease for daily irrigating, but I use the ENTSOL when I know I have an infection.
